Sales Policy
Gibson Farm will only sell goats in pairs, unless you already have goats. Goats are herd animals and need companions. We care a great deal about our goats and want them to have happy, healthy homes. We strive to find the goat that fits our buyers needs.
All kids will be disbudded, tattooed, dewormed and vaccinated for CD/T before leaving our farm. If purchasing a bottle baby buyer is responsible for administering CD/T and booster. We use a coccidia prevention in the form of Blue Seal Medicated Grain for all of our kids.
Gibson Farm reserves the right to retain any goat born on our farm. If you have any questions about our sales policy, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you. Gibson Farm terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We sell our goats on a first come, first serve basis. If you want to purchase one of our goats please contact us to place a deposit on the goat.

Registration
Our Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats are registered with ADGA and AGS. Our Alpines are registered with ADGA. Kids are sold with the registration applications for ADGA and AGS. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the registration and transfer fees. Adults are sold with the certificate and bill of sale. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the transfer fee and put the goat into their name. A goat must be in your name to register any kids born on your farm.
Testing
Our purchased herd members over 6 months old have tested negative for CAE, CL, Johnes and Brucellosis. We have done some TB testing for those that have purchased from us with the results being negative. If you would like your goats tested before you pick them up we are happy to do so. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with testing requested. Buyer must pay for the testing before it will be done.
Shipping/Health Certificates
Buyer is responsible for all transport fees and arrangements when using an independent transport service. We will do our best to accommodate the transporter but make no guarantees. All goats are farm pick up only. Buyer is responsible to know the interstate shipping requirements for the states being traveled. The cost of Health Certificates, as well as any other testing requested by the buyer, is the responsibility of the buyer. Please, let us know in advance if you need a Health Certificate as it requires a vet visit. It must be paid for before we will schedule it. All fees must be paid before the goat(s) can leave our farm.
Guarantee
We guarantee our goats are healthy when they leave us. We do not have control over what happens once they leave our farm and make no guarantees once they have left our property. Once an animal leaves our farm it can not be returned, due to bio security. We do not guarantee height or performance of our goats.
